REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Vanport Community Solar Program
Project Location: 2060 N. Marine Drive, Portland, OR, 97217 (Portland Expo Center)
Portland, OR
This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits, qualification, narrative and pricing from qualified contractors to respond to the following projects within Vanport Community Solar Program (the “Program”):
Design, furnish, and install up to 1508 DC, 1.2 MW AC of roof-mounted photovoltaic capacity at the Portland Expo Center of Portland, Oregon, (the “Project”). The Vanport. Community Solar project intends to register in the Oregon Community Solar Program (https://www.oregoncsp.org/) and will be virtually net metered.
Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is the Project Manager. Verde Builds, a non-profit, social enterprise, general contractor, has teamed with BEF for this project. Verde Builds and BEF shall accept proposals for future award/buyout, as required. The project is funded largely from a grant from the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) (https://www.portland.gov/bps/cleanenergy) and is subject to terms and conditions from this and other funding sources.
