Workforce Development Strategy & Feasibility Consultant

Verde is seeking a consultant to support the development of a workforce development strategy grounded in our current programs and community priorities.

This work is not about launching a program immediately. It is about helping us answer key questions:

• What workforce pathways are realistic for us to pursue?

• What would it actually take (staffing, systems, funding) to do this well?

• What do our community and partners need and want?

• What should we prioritize first?

The outcome of this work will guide Verde’s future investments, partnerships, and potential workforce programming beginning in 2028.
