Training

Verde offers every Nursery Crew Member - regular or temporary, part-time or full-time - the chance to build his/her skills, improving their incomes and long-term employment opportunities. Classroom and Field learning takes each Crew Member from little or no landscaping experience to the level needed to install and maintain native plant projects, the skills needed to propagate native plant material and the knowledge needed to operate the enterprise. Crew Members receive their normal wages for time spent in training.
