Verde enterprises hire crew members from affordable housing communities, nonprofit job placement programs, and other disadvantaged communities.  If you are interested in a job at Verde Landscape or Verde Energy, each enterprise has its own way of doing things:


Verde Landscape. Verde Landscape recruits from affordable housing communities, nonprofit job placement programs, and other disadvantaged communities.  If you're interested in a job a Verde Landscape, there are a few ways to let us know:
  • Contact the Program Manager: Verde Landscape Program Manager Ricardo Moreno is the point person for Verde Landscape's hiring needs.  You can reach Ricardo at 503.998.1736.
  • Sign-Up Sheet: Verde Landscape Crew Members keep a Sign-Up Sheet in their work vehicle.  If you see them working - CAUTION: They might be using power equipment so make sure it's safe to approach - ask if you can put your contact information on the Sign-Up Sheet.

Verde Energy. Verde Energy Crew Members are recruited from Hacienda CDC's affordable housing and from NAYA's client community.  If you're interested in a job at Verde Energy, there are a few ways to let us know:

Hiring

When an enterprise needs new crew members, we may reach out to you for an interview.  Before an offer of employment is made, a Criminal Background Check and a 5-Panel Drug Test will be required.
