Verde receives grant from City of Portland Watershed Investment Fund

In January, Verde received a grant award from the City of Portland's Watershed Investment Fund, a program of the City's Bureau of Environmental Services. Verde will use grant funds to restore degraded Columbia sedge meadows at Smith & Bybee Wetlands Natural Area, in partnership with Metro, and to pay for Weekly Classroom Training for Nursery Crew Members.
