All Nursery Crew Members begin at $12/hour, whether full-time or part-time, temporary or regular. Regular full-time and part-time Crew Members may receive a raise after 6 months on the job. Verde pays for health, dental, and vision coverage for regular full-time and regular part-time employees after 1 full month of employment. Verde does not pay for dependent coverage at this time.

Nursery Crew Members work 40 hours per week, and the work schedule may vary depending on the season or the needs of a project. Regular, full-time employees earn 80 Vacation hours per year. Regular, part-time employees earn Vacation hours at a prorated rate. Vacation hours begin to accrue at hire, but may not be used until after 6 months on the job. Regular, full-time employees earn 60 Sick hours per year. Regular, part-time employees earn Sick hours at a prorated rate.
